Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst/Recruiting Coordinator
CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, is one of the top personal lines property and casualty insurance groups in the U.S. We offer auto, homeowners and other personal lines of insurance to AAA Members through AAA clubs in 23 states and the District of Columbia.Utility player across Talent Acquisition organization. Partners with Recruiters, TA Operations Analysts, management, candidates, internal CSAA IG partners, and third-party vendors to ensure people, processes, systems, and tools are working together efficiently to bring the best talent to CSAA IG.• Creation, development, and communication of recruitment marketing materials to represent the employer brand of CSAA IG. This includes social media content curation, virtual career fair booth creation, career fair booth materials, career site content, PowerPoint presentations, etc.• Recruitment support including job postings and interview scheduling to ensure a top-notch candidate experience and an efficient recruiting experience for hiring managers and TA team.• Coordinate campus recruiting marketing strategies to include campus events, job postings, networking opportunities and relationship development.• Work closely with Program Leader, recruiters, hiring managers and onboarding team in development and coordination of enterprise-wide intern program.• Partnering with our vendors to help Talent Acquisition maximize our investment in external recruiting tools through trainings and new product advancements.• Provides key project support across Talent Acquisition including strategic planning, coordinating communication, analytical support, coordination of tasks, and logistical support.• Leads the hiring manager experience and candidate experience efforts for Talent Acquisition including survey creation, distribution, data analysis, and reporting to the team.• Provides training to new employees on various Talent Acquisition systems and processes and ensures they are set up to be successful.
