Job Profile: Currently working in the Recruitment department for Kolkata & Taking care of Employee Referral Program in Wipro Bpo Kolkata . Primary job role is to branding, Marketing, Spreading awareness, taking sessions during induction and taking care of the incentive payout for the Employee Referral Program for Kolkata. Looking after the associate level hiring in Pan-India basis. Taking care of induction & on boarding. Taking care of SEED program ( Educational program) in Wipro Kolkata.Key Responsibilities included: Taking care of bulk hiring for International Voice, Non-Voice, Domestic, Chat, Email and L2 hiring process in Pan-India basis. In depth knowledge of End to End hiring process. Sourcing through various Job Portals, social networking & generating references. Employee Referral Channel is one of the biggest contributor for the Recruitement Department. Designing various schemes to attract the employees towards ER Program. Generating leads by arranging KIOSK, Floor visit, conducting sessions during Induction Batches and addressing floor agents. Daily activities includes CV screening, Mass mailing, calling leads. Tracking and Updating special drives conducted by WIPRO in different parts of India, scheduling further interview rounds for the successful candidates. Preparing data of Confirmed Offers, References checks, Selected and on-hold candidates. Excellent track record of MIS, Reports; an MS Office expert (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Follow up with the offered candidates till they join. Taking care of induction/Onboarding for the new joiners, helping them with their documentation and joining formalities. Planning and Meeting monthly targets. Responsible for strategizing academic programs for employee learning & development. Proven ability to lead, mentor, motivate, maintain and excel the quality of work within team. Proven ability to work in unison with Location Heads, Recruiters, Campus Team

Job Profile: Interacting & Understanding the Client’s requirement as per the job profile & description provided . Consulting existing database and job portals for screening & short listing of candidates. Screening the candidates on telephonic discussions for their communication skills. Scheduling interviews & follow ups with candidates/ clients. Daily recruitment status report or MIS reporting - Generate daily reports exhibiting number of technical rejects, number of rejects, Candidates on hold and number of offers generated ,co-ordinated in hiring fresher.  Understanding the requirements and providing the best resource as per their requirement which helps to establish satisfying business relationship. Responsible for managing end to end recruitment process.Key Responsibilities included: Handling end to end recruitment process through Job Portals, direct resume, employee referrals and head hunting. Screening resumes, Calling potential candidates, Validating Candidates. Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements. Coordinate with the Candidates & scheduling interviews. Conducting Personal interviews & coordinating for further round of interviews with Sr. Management. Follow up with the departments on a weekly basis to know the requirements and interview feedbacks.
