TCS was chosen to lead and implement IT solutions in the areas of Research & Development, Product Supply and Marketing & Sales for the Consumer Health and Pharmaceuticals divisions, the corporate functions and HR ITI managed Delivery for the Marketing & Sales portfolio for Digital Marketing- a team of approximately 100+ associates spread across multiple geographies (Kochi, Germany, Indore, Noida, Gandhinagar) to develop and support Web and Mobile Applications for Bayer’s M&S Domain. The teams embarked on a structured Knowledge Transfer phase followed by secondary and primary support before going on to own support and development for the transitioned applications.In addition to my primary role of managing delivery, I also led the Hiring Function of TCS Interactive- Kerala during Q1and Q2 2020.
