Experience in increasing conversion rate, traffic growth, user acquisition, retention, social reach and mobile visitors. I also had experience in software development life cycle worked on html, php, javascript, opensource cms, photoshop.While earning a great deal of revenue having a maximum reach at minimum cost by ensuring we have well written website copy that includes all search friendly relevant key phrases.I have worked in major three INGOS in India e.g. Doctors Without Borders, OXFAM India and CARE India, Sri Aurobindo Society and developed their website and social media presence in the country.The challenges that are faced by NGOs are staff shortage, lack of time, budget restraints, lack of training and adaptation on new digital strategies and tactics, producing new and engaging content, lack of data resource libraries, ineffective data collection and its usage, measuring the impact of fundraising and engagement etc. As a digital communication professional I brainstormed with the communication, fundraising and project teams to understand their challenges and requirements and created a solution oriented strategy to support them.
