• Support senior HR Manager and HR Head with recruitment reports and procedures• Handle new hire request from hiring managers / Department Heads• Create Job description with respect to new hire request and produce advertisement on job posting sites• Hiring, Onboarding and Induction of new joiners• Learning and Development as per company ethics, norms and policies• Recruitment and applicant tracking reports for all company-wide recruitment activities• Handling queries from employees regarding Leaves, performance, appraisal, transfer, bonus, salary, attendance, retirement etc.• Generating reports for attendance and leaves on daily and monthly basis• Experience in HRMS portal for Hiring, Onboarding, Leaves, Compliance, Pay slips, Performance appraisal etc.• Experience in CATS• Payroll management of employee basis monthly report generated on attendance, leaves etc• Handling exits formalities of employees• Developed career path and succession planning program under guidance of HR Manager• Actively coordinated onsite and offsite development training, compliance training and other HR-related events• Actively participated in certification of organization from MCI (Medical Council of India) and NMC (National Medical Council) (currently acting as joint venture)• Actively involved in board meeting for MCI certification, daily review of hiring medical teaching staff, cost cutting, Performance and appraisal • Actively involved in internal and external HR audit • Shared ideas for process improvement and received appreciation for same upon implementation
