As a strategic and innovative leader, I am dedicated to disrupting the traditional systems to ensure equitable access for all. I have successfully transformed three underperforming organizations in three states into high-performing institutions. Under my leadership, the organization achieved an 87% satisfaction rate and my efficiency improvements increased profit margins from 39% to 44% within a year. I am committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, exemplified by initiating and leading a steering committee that established five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in two years. As a graduate of the Innovation for Equity (IFE) Senior Leadership Fellowship and an active member of the Digital Learning Collaborative (DLC), I demonstrate a passion for social justice and the well-being of all.
