• Support day to day activities for proposal and project administration and related actions to ensure to maximize the revenue including STC and Time report monitoring.• Support business monitoring and reporting.• Work with other Geo focal points and functions in SSC-Operations to access, propose and improve consistency between proposal, project and resource management processes, guidelines, practices and management system operations.• Ensure quality of pipeline in PSFT. • End to end resourcing with all the stake holders ensuring effective resource utilization leading to effective project delivery.• Contribute to WW approach in term of process, communication and tools improvement and people skill development (tutorial, training course for internal customers).• Resource allocation on projects, including sourcing decisions, to optimize resource utilization, and skill transformation.• Optimization of subcontracting use through the make or buy processes.• Monitoring of activity rates of 3DGS Geos: Prepare and analyze KPI, provide the list of consultants with low billability and alert the Staffing Operation Manager on when staffing plan is at risk (low billability, non-staffed projects, and staffing arbitration).

- Proactively forecast & allocate resource and streamline resource request & bookings- Manage a single, dynamic, global pool of resources to optimize projects teams, regardless of physical location.- Tracks all current and incoming projects and works with Project Management staff and Account Service Reps to prioritize projects.- Monitors status of on-going projects to ensure appropriate resources are available. Identifies available resources based on needed expertise, availability and location to participate on post-sales activities.- Worked under the direction of Management or Senior Resource Manager (SRM) to handle the facilitation of resource availability & worked with SRM & Business Managers for financial negotiation.- Collaborated in the development of processes and systems to track, identify and task resources for project work. Coordinates and participates in projects as needed, including scheduling, planning, and driving to completion.- Responsible for partner forecast working with the Program Delivery Manager and Operations Manager and/or Business Analyst. Maintain active develop of pipeline resources. In turn, leveraging EMC's technical and purposed business decisions.- Ability to work on EMC Oracle 11i systems to track hardware & shipping status and SR ( Service Request ) & Sub Task Creation .- Worked on the EMC E-room database to track all the requisitions (created for each activity or task related to any EMC product installation, implementation or updating) created for any project.- Hands on experience in working with EMC tools like CLARITY. This tool tracks the overall status of any project.- Multiple reports creation & automation .

Organization Environment File Tracking And Monitoring; SQL Server 2005, Java Script Project Summary: Developed a web based application which enables the user to track the movement of all Orissa State Government files within the departments of NIC.Responsibility: Analysis of the user requirements. Responsible for Application development along with other team members. Designing and development of the complete system solution. Responsible for Bug reporting, involved in usability, and database development.
