Organizing a corporation in the State of SC, listed as "Save Our Suggies" (SOS), we hit on all aspects of training, public education, fund raising, business management, event planning, public speaking, recruiting and exotic animal care. In business officially since 2012 as the owner/Founder/President, and co-owner of "Gotta Luv Suggies" in SC for years prior.Repeat guest speaker at venues such as MountainView Elementary, Burnes High School, Cub Scouts of America, PetSmart, Assisted Living, Furman University Child Development Center, SSS in SC, The Ohio Glider Gathering, SGGA, as well as fairs & festivals throughout SC. We have a board of directors and several revolving volunteers throughout the SouthEast region.SSS in SC: Our yearly event:"Sari's Suggie Social in South Carolina" (SSS in SC) has grown swiftly from 15 guests in the basement, to over 100 at The Phoenix, Greenville's Inn. In the past 3 years, we have raised thousands of dollars for causes throughout the South East, including non-profit organizations such as The Susan G. Komen Foundation, SOS Glider Rescue, FurEver Gliders, HAG, Johanna's Gliders & Rescue. We have proudly supported several hundred exotic animals in need.

CERTIFIED PET TRAINER… Reporting directly to Sr. Store Manager, responsible for all aspects of training classes from selling, scheduling, training and education to graduation for all perspective customers and their dogs. I received high honors in completing the certification process, and becoming legally certified as a Pet Trainer.PET CARE SPECIALIST… Grooming for management from time of hire, I reported to the Pet Care manager, duties included but not limited to opening, pet care, selling, registers and closing in the Taylor’s store. Assisted in running and maintaining special events offsite for exotic animal education. Once an opportunity arose in the training department, I was actively recruited and decided to further my personal knowledge in the animal field.

Director level responsibilities reporting directly to the Vice President of IT. Oversee testing of software, documentation and software maintenance. Develop QA policies and procedures while upholding Kyrus Corporate standards. SYSTEMS ANALYST SITE COORDINATOR... Manage Greenville QA group for Colorado Springs. Oversee and assist the design and implementation of test plans on OS2 and WinNT platforms in System One and Lotus Notes. Lan-Admin for on site lab, including original hardware/software implementation. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for analysts. Implement releases of new code. On-site coordinator of all management duties including HR issues, Payroll issues, scheduling and disciplinary actions as needed. Projects include Y2K compliancy and transitioning OS2 operating system to WinNT platform.CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR… Day to day management of a team of up to 20 Customer Service Representatives. Expectations include but are not limited to improving Productivity, Quality, Customer Acquisition, updating BRJ and keeping representatives abreast of goals and statistics.
