I started my career as an information assistant and librarian in State Audit Office. I was also introduced to authorities' document administration and archives management. From knowledge management perspective that experience is linked to knowledge acquiring by collecting, organizing and summarising information.As a communications specialist in State and Private organizations, my emphasis was on internal communications, while also working together with sales and marketing departments in different kind of PR and marketing projects. That period gave me valuable experience in knowledge sharing enhancement and building of repositories. As an assistant to CEO's and other executives I understod the importance of Business Intelligence systems as well as good HR management.Studies of knowledge management gave me deeper understanding and the theoretical context of the practical observations I have made in the past. I have always seen myself in an important role of knowledge brokering. As an entrepreneur in B2B business, I found a new area in need of knowledge brokers: local SME's with the evoking question of how to use data for competiveness.First selling POS and payment systems and later eShop and ERP systems and implementation services I gained valuable lessons learned of software development, APIs, open source vs licensed questions and building working architecture of multiple business software, applications and legacy systems for people as users.I will never stop being curious for future innovations and I keep pushing myself into new learning edges. l love to help others to find their talent too and I am proud about those dream teams I have been and will be member of.
