As a Lead of CRO initiatives, I worked on a diverse set of projects: from the deployment of chatbots with the goal of increasing our lead funnel velocity to harnessing AI to display the most effective Landing Page Headline. Primary Responsibilities: • Spearhead Conversion Rate Optimization projects.• Build and manage Lead Attribution Models.• Create digital assets (Forms, Landing Pages, Websites) to support multi-million dollar ad spend.Achievements:• Fuelled 500% growth in International Student enrolment through Vue.js powered Landing Pages.• Doubled the Conversion Rate on our websites by building one of its kind, Google Sheets powered CMS—enabling Brand Managers & Copywriters to effortlessly build & modify web pages.• Won Growth Hacker of the Year award in my very first year of employment.

At Caspy, we had to do more with minimal resources. Since we were a small team; I was able to test, fail, and learn at a much higher frequency than I would have at a larger organization. Here are few of my wins working for Caspy:• 4 successful product launches. • 40000+ page views without spending a single dime on ads • A twitter shoutout from Alexis Ohanian, founder of Reddit. • Growth Hack Products used by 7500+ leads. • 5 features in both online and print media.

As part of the Masters Program at uWaterloo, I worked with Clearpath Robotics to:• Identify new market opportunities through primary and secondary research.• Based on the research, completed the process of Product Ideation. • Developed Sales and Marketing Strategy• Created an Effective Value-based Pricing Model

I learned crisis management at Atlas Honda. I was part of a large team that ensured production lines never stopped due to raw material shortages. I took on some challenging projects—such as managing the dispatch of an export lot—and also performed day to day management tasks like creating Daily Production Reports using SAP’s ERP.

At GSK, I was part of a team that successfully deployed an Enterprise Asset Management software. I was responsible for the data migration and software validation phase of the project. It was my first experience working with a multinational team with members distributed across 3 different countries and 5 separate locations. The experience helped me strengthen my communications skills and turned me into an Excel Ninja (I used to write a lot of Excel Macros).

• Represented my University in the 2013 Formula Student Competition, Silverstone, United Kingdom.• Designed and manufactured the Chassis and Bodywork of a Single Seat Autocross Race-car.• Delivered Business and Technical presentations to Event Judges and Potential Sponsors. • Drafted the official post event report.• Conducted interviews for the team of 2014.

• Was exposed to various Engineering operations performed by an airline such as: routine maintenance, overhauls, engine testing and testing of various aircraft sub-systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical etc.• Spent majority of my time in the Engine overhaul workshop studying in detail the standard operating procedures for an aircraft engine overhaul.

• Worked for the Compliance and Documentation Engineer.• Developed Standard Operating Procedure for the Red Tag Permit System.• Designed a Wind Turbine for the Engineering Office. Submitted a complete design report along with a CAD model of both the turbine blades and all the respective components housed by the Nusselt Structure.
