I currently manage the Dealer Communications team where we support several Car Manufacturers and their dealerships, including Jaguar, Land Rover, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai and Fiat. I manage the small team with coaching, escalations and development.I have recently recruited a new member to my team through several interviews and selection processes. While my team grew in size, we are all at risk of redundancy, so while keeping the team focused on daily tasks and personal development, a recent challenge is to keep the team motivated and pro-actively working to ensure we maintain our excellent customer service.

I manage several manufacturer networks including Jaguar, Land Rover and Nissan. I am the main contact for over 300 dealerships where I support with all queries and requests from start to finish. I have responsibility of billing, set-ups and cancellations while taking full ownership for all enquiries.Within my short time here, I have implemented some improved processes and systems to enhance the excellent customer service the team provides. Such things include an integrated online form for dealers to complete for services such-as Professional Photography, making the process quicker, simpler and easier for both the customers and ourselves.

I worked in the inbound call centre dealing with all queries including general enquiries, credit cards and lost and stolen. I worked towards individual and team sales targets by up-selling on all calls. For 6 months I supported my team leader in managing the team in her absence, monitoring all calls, providing coaching and development for the team members and being an escalation point for all staff. I also became an escalation point for all credits raised that would need to be approved by myself before being raised to the customer.In this role I developed complaint handling skills and customer service qualities.
