As a Senior On Air Producer I designed and produced comprehensive on-air and off-air marketing and Ad Sales campaigns for Fox Finland and National Geographic Channel Finland. My responsibilities included writing scripts and copy to a high professional standard, and creating and planning campaign elements such as promos, online, and social media content. I led local productions, including shoots and production schedules, ensuring successful execution. Additionally, I directed promo and ad sales studio/location shoots, voice-over sessions, and supervised audio engineers.I managed the brand identity for Fox Finland and National Geographic channels, setting targets and managing on-air promotion and continuity campaigns using the Syntec Broadcast Management System. I delivered and uploaded promotions and graphics for on-air, social media, and website platforms, and coordinated and processed international and domestic material deliveries. My role also involved liaising with out-of-house production companies and sourcing international promo material, as well as localizing international promo material.Furthermore, I managed, prepared, and uploaded materials for promo classification, and prepared pitch materials for Ad Sales, Online, and Marketing. I translated and checked spelling and grammar, archived promotional materials, and reported and followed the traffic process. I maintained and updated Excel-based on-air make lists, filled in for the On Air Team Leader when needed, and oriented and trained new On Air team members on BTS and Syntec Broadcast Management Systems.

I managed on-air promotion and continuity campaigns using the BTS Broadcast Management System, and coordinated with external production companies to source international promo material. My responsibilities included archiving promotional materials, graphic designing for on-air and off-air content, and tracking promo campaign ratings. I also delivered promotions for on-air, social media, and website platforms, and operated live broadcasts. Additionally, I filled in for Short Form and Ad Sales Schedulers, designed a new 3D on-air look for the channel, and scouted new programs and voice-over talent. As the Head of the Promo Department, I ensured the smooth operation and success of all promotional activities.
