On the day-to-day client work, takes strategic role counseling client on macro perspective and crisis management, keep the client on the leadership position and benefit them with a successful target achievement. On the internal organisation, is liable for the people’s success, to shape professional consultants and see an optimum growth with the agency – as part of the overall agency development. Focuses on business accomplishment as well as organization’s continually improved system.

Client counsel : - Counseling on communication strategy, manages all client counselling requirements in own client portfolio- Manages issues and crises, recommend techniques and strategies- Identifies media opportunity and potential issue Leadership :- Develops a visible public positioon for GolinHarris through industry speaking platforms and thought-leadership presentations- Global network, cross border collaborationAccount budgeting and new business development :- Forecast and manages budgets for new and existing clients- Participate in business plam development and implementation- New business generation and farming of new business from existing clients- Conducts planning and strategy sessions for working team and for clients- Oversees development of action plans and delivery of measured success results- Ensure productivity targets of the team members are met Staff and team development :- Coaches and mentors individuals / staffs- Manages work allocations and capacity review- Manages a client team; skills, budgets and deadlines- Maintains a professional self-development programme- Counsels and coaches team members regarding their professional development and client service strengths and weaknessesIndustry sector responsibilities :- Understands multiple industry sectors; the trends, issues and decision makers that influence each sector
