During the development of my career, I gained experience in recruiting and employees, human capital development, payroll, and work plan management, , budget management, customer service, employee training, and ongoing control of activities in my areas of responsibilities.As part of my professional development as a manager in the organization in which I work, I was trained as a instructor in the Isrotel hotel chain and in this role I am active in the organization in the field of training and employee development. Today, I lead tutorial skills development courses, guide service quality, and sales workshops etc. My natural development in the field of training did not surprise me. Since the skills required for this are an integral part of my persona.
