 Handling and preparation of quotation for GROUPS & MICE enquiries. Handling of sales and backhand operations for each file. To be able to advise the client of the most suitable options for their tours. To log all new requests and follow-ups. To ensure that all services are booked well in advance of the date of travel. Deliver day-wise travel itineraries and other travel essentials like guide, meals, attraction ticket etc. Manage on-ground travel challenges with 24X7 support system for emergency  Direct dealing with vendors and building good relations for the progress of business. To respond to complaints and ensure it is fully resolved.
