The building had lab section, utility section, small office section & packing section.  Developed architectural layout drawing, BOQ. Developed technical specification & prepared RFQ for modular building. Coordinated with customers & bidder. Prepared technical bid analysis documents.

Developed multiple options/layouts for office and breakroom arrangement as per P&G arch standards.o DBS Contractor Building- Developed architectural design/layout for a new 2 story contractor office building for bidding. Worked on various layout options as per customer requirement.o Liquids Guard House & Visitor Building- Scope was to develop a guard house & P&G visitor building. Worked on Revit model for multiple options. o Rampart- Developed various drop lot parking layout options, P&G and contractors parking options. Designed a new guard house & fencing layout.
