 Responsible for Specialist Staffing. Taking care of various HR Generalist activities. Key Account Management and ensuring timely deliverables. Rich experience in handling complete recruitment life cycle for professionals across levels and industries.

 Identifying manpower requirements and verifying the requisitions, generating sourcing avenues through proper planning and analysis. Screening employees, conducting interviews for selection of best candidates, Providing Offers and responsible for post-selection induction and joining formalities of new recruits. Managing and motivating the consultants. Maintaining and Updating the Recruitment report at regular intervals. Charting the Manpower position with respect to the planned activity with respect to the work progress.  Regular weekly meetings with the management team to analyse and discuss the positions and recruitment updates.
