I currently hold the position of Vice President of Property Management for Rappaport Management Company. I oversee management services for a portfolio of retail centers and offices in D.C, MD and VA, totaling more than two and a half million square feet. In this position I oversee property operations, including maintenance and improvement programs. I develop and administer annual budgets and ensure that the property maintenance and improvement programs that are recommended both enhance and add value to the assets I manage. I also work to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and act as a liaison between government agencies, vendors, tenants and landlords. I have more than twenty-five years of experience managing retail, office and mixed-use properties. I have also overseen numerous renovations, tenant buildouts and disaster recovery projects. Prior to joining Rappaport Management Company in 1995, I held a retail management position with Clark Properties. I am a member of the International Council of ShoppingCenters (ICSC).
