- Research & pursue new business opportunities by the way of social platforms, cold calling and setting upmeetings - Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales - Generate revenue by building an opportunity pipeline and achieve targets by providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision making process - Identify potential to cross-sell/ up-sell eco-system offering among existing clientele - Keeping track record of the team’s daily KRAs and achievements for better productivity and planning

* Sales: - New merchant acquisition (End-to-End Ownership)- Understanding merchant requirements (Fee payment solutions)- Product pitching- Commercials negotiations/Documentation/Agreement process- Flow discussion and coordinating with internal teams for tech-integration- Handling post-live queries* Growth: - Responsible for end to end account management of educational institutes at Pan-India Level for market share (GMV/TXN)- Implementation of various marketing strategies for better brand representation, reach, hence user growth- Client servicing by understanding fee collection process and providing the best possible solution- Cross-selling of products for exclusivity, growth and account retention- Coordinating with regional sales team for growth activities Pan-India - Strategizing and implementation of fee collection services for various events held at the educational institute
