Job involved Sourcing, Analyzing and Recruiting People for our organization.• Identify the candidates through Internet sources, referrals, networking and advertisement.• Good work experience on contract, Contract to hire and Permanent positions.• Good experience and Knowledge on us tax terms of W2, 1099 and Corp 2 Corp.• Sourcing Candidates for both IT and Non IT Requirements.• Working experience on different work authorizations (visa status) TN VISA EAD-OPT, H1B, EAD-GC, GC and US CITIZENS.• Getting requirement from the clients Read the requirement and understand the requirement.• Go for Candidates searching as per the Client requirement.• Using top portals and professional sites like Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, Prohires, and LinkedIn for Sourcing.• Mail the job description to the consultant and give a call to the consultant for availability and confirmation.• Screen the candidate according to the requirement.• Negotiation with Employers and Consultants regarding Salary/Rate.• Get the rate confirmation and take necessary details which are needed to submit profile to the Client.• Submit to the Client and Get updates about submittals and interview schedule from the client.• Arrange the interview to the consultants as per the client interview schedule.• Follow up with consultants for interview confirmation over the phone and gtalk.• Follow up with client about the job confirmation of consultants.
