Produced report describing how other entities have utilized carbon pricing in procurement decisions. Conducted interviews with City staff to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a carbon price in fulfillment of the City's emissions goals. Created spreadsheet tool modeling the financial implications of implementing a carbon price, and modeled two case studies.
