Obtained pleadings-based dismissal of Lanham Act claim and subsequently summary judgment dismissal of Copyright Act and related state law claims on behalf of Internet discount retailer of luxury watches in “grey market” context.Represented the board of managers of a luxury Manhattan condominium in a construction dispute with the condominium’s sponsor.
