During my time as an Assessment Analyst, I was responsible for identifying areas where exam papers could have been improved. I learnt R to complete the statistical analysis of student performances and identified types of questions or areas of a subject that were not performing as we would expect. These reports had to be accessible to everyone, regardless.

• During my time at Twickenham Academy, I progressed through several positions in the school; a classroom teacher, an Assistant Programme Lead and most recently, Director of Progress and Attainment, responsible for.
• Consistently having high results in GCSE and A Level classes.

• Build and run deterministic and stochastic models in MS Excel using VBA and simulated iterations.
• Manipulated SAS code to generate data from data sets.
• Write reports or use PowerPoint to present results to customers to help set targets for retention and recruitment.
• Run ad-hoc queries to gather information, including answering parliamentary questions
