What am I made of?Service design mindset: I get excited about encounters and service development. I truly believe that customer experience is created by expectations of the customers and how business and its representatives can respond to these. And service design works in between to manage those expectations.Ability to develop business activity by digital means: I tend to keep several irons in the fire by being very goal oriented. Making the curves straight is my driving force and digital means help me to make it happen.People person: I have gathered efficient interaction skills even in the toughest situations, which I have tackled with empathy and active listening.
