Evaluates program effectiveness through participation feedback and adapts programs to meet patron needs within financial, personnel and other resource constraints. Determines supplies, equipment and other resource requirements to conduct programs using the most cost effective methods. Submits recommendations and purchase requests to my supervisor. Conducts cash counts and provides cash handling training and oversight. Effectively disposes of surplus or unusual property
