Given the additional responsibility of managing the QA and QC section of OncQuest towards maintenance of NABL certification (ISO 15189) along with Clinical reporting for Leukemia and Lymphoma samples in the PCR, Flow Cytometry and FISH sections.

Was responsible for establishing and managing the PCR, Flow Cytometry and FISH sections for clinical reporting of Leukemias and Lymphomas. Responsible for identifying and spearheading key research areas in the field of oncology diagnostics directed towards establishment and commercialization of novel molecular assays. Launched the first Drug Resistance.

Was responsible for establishing and managing a Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory started as a collaboration between DRF and RGCI & RC, Delhi; with a primary focus on Clinical reporting for Oncology diagnosis and prognosis. The identification of specific genetic lesions in leukemias by the use of reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).

Carried out a study on screening and development of Radiolabeled Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide Analogs for Diagnosis and Radiotherapy at Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS) as part of a collaboration between DRF and INMAS. A preliminary screening identified Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide as a biomarker of choice as receptors for this.
