To inspect monitor and screen passengers baggage and cargo using security equipment to detect prohibited and dangerous items. Responsible for Access control to the Aircraft.Screen all accessible property for prohibited items using X-Ray units and/ or physical search procedures Screen passengers using HHMD & pat down searchSubject additional security search for selectee passengersExercise access control to the aircraft as per security normsUndertake pre-flight checks of aircraft as per the checklistUndertake aircraft ramp surveillance & checks as per laid down processUndertake baggage reconciliation process and security checks at BMAUndertake security functions at the catering unit including search of bulk items and catering truck and trolleysUndertake surveillance at the check-in area Carrying out the patrols asc check slpc. Assisting in case of emergency situation.
