Before that in Timken, he was responsible for managing a large team accountable for a significant revenue generation in automotive aftermarket having more than 100 channels & 5k retailers. With sales declining & business environment fraught with uncertainties, a slew of transformational initiatives were taken which helped in turning around the business to a rapid growth. In earlier years, Kaushik gained extensive experience in channel management, marketing, industrial OEM business, key account management, business development, and plant maintenance.His impatience with implementing & following a process and patience with results is his key strength which has helped to establish rewarding long term growth.
