Key focus is on setting high standard of customer experience through a combination of product & service portfolio backed by seamless execution. Prior to this he was driving sales & business development in a first-of-a-kind organization which is into building infrastructure towards manufacturing ecosystem to enable ecosystem of efficiencies in cost, supply chain and quality through cluster concept & also enable ease of doing business.. Interestingly before that, as a partner and investor, he was in an entrepreneurial setup which is an engineering start-up primarily focused on enhancing safety, productivity & efficiency of process industry. Before that in Timken, he was responsible for managing a large team accountable for a significant revenue generation in automotive aftermarket having more than 100 channels & 5k retailers. With sales declining & business environment fraught with uncertainties, a slew of transformational initiatives were taken which helped in turning around the business to a rapid growth. In earlier years, Kaushik gained extensive experience in channel management, marketing, industrial OEM business, key account management, business development, and plant maintenance.His impatience with implementing & following a process and patience with results is his key strength which has helped to establish rewarding long term growth.
