Research Project - advised under Professor Yungsheng WangResearch on Autonomous Vehicles, specializing in Optical Image Recognition/Processing.-Tasked with Character & Image Recognition utilizing Google’s Tesseract Model-Manage the extraction of ROS Nodes, such as localization and pathway planning nodes to calculate the vehicle's optimal path, research proportional navigation techniques, and implement them within our path planning algorithm to achieve the most accurate & reliable autonomous driving capabilities.-Led in the development of Optical Image recognition with an emphasis on incorporating the vehicle's ability to detect and interpret road signs using our image recognition model.

Sponsored by Lockheed Martin- Responsible for the strategic development and execution of advanced Obstacle Avoidance strategies for UAVs, utilizing LIDAR Technology and a Machine Learning auto-pilot system using PyTorch, under Lockheed Martin's sponsorship in the prestigious SUAS Competition.- Design and innovate cutting-edge Obstacle Avoidance algorithms using Python, and simulate Obstacle Avoidance with ROS using GAZEBO, ensuring our UAV systems surpass competition standards-Manage the telemetry pathway planning for UAV Hardware, ensuring proper communication between the LIDAR, Jetson Orin, & Orange Cube using mavLink communication

-Curate and Lead Engineering Projects-Design activities and Engineering competitions-Assist in STEM-Team building & Project Management

A 10-week team internship in which students were tasked to solve a business problem that was presented by LA Metro and Arcadis, in which we had to find a solution in encouraging the youth demographic to use the LA Metro more often. We utilized team building, project management, and collaborative design to come up with practical solutions to the problem.

-Assisted Students in grade levels 4th-11th from subjects ranging from Elementary School Arithmetic, Geometry, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, and Pre-Calculus. -Implemented Studying Methods such as the Feynman Technique where I wanted the students to explain to me the topic that they have just learned.-Many of the Students I have tutored started to see great success within their mathematics journey!
