• 7+ years of working experience in RBI (Risk Based Inspection), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) Projects & Project Management of Oil & Gas Sector, Oil Refineries and Process Industry Sector.• Currently I am working with Velosi Asset Integrity Limited (VAIL) as a Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Engineer. • Technical Skills include complete understanding of Process flow diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, isometric drawings and preparation of corrosion circuits. Analyzing & maintaining the data received from the client. Identification & listing of all operational dead legs in piping & Equipments from P&IDs into RBI Import spread sheet. Preparation of Corrosion circuits/loops. Population of working and design data of piping & equipments from P&IDs, GA Drawings, PFDs & inspection history in VAIL-Plant template. Identification of applicable damage mechanisms.• I am also proficient in FMECA (Failure mode, effects and criticality analysis) based RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) analysis for all Oil & Gas facilities, identification of applicable failure modes and classification as Critical, Degraded and Incipient for optimizing plant operation, identification of failure effects to evaluate the consequences of failure on Safety, Environment, Production interruption and Capital loss, Criticality and Risk ranking of equipments e.g. Centrifugal Pumps, Reciprocating Pumps, Gear Pumps, Screw Pumps, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Boilers etc., preparation of Preventive Maintenance Routines (PMR) for mechanical equipments.
