With a passion for hospitality and engineering, I am a Senior Client Services Executive at BVA BDRC, a leading market research and consulting firm in the hospitality sector. I am also the co-founder and editor of Hotel it Out!, a blogging platform that features unique and quirky accommodation options and industry news and updates.In my current role at BVA BDRC, I am responsible for the smooth operation of our mystery shopping projects, including the flagship programme, VenueVerdict, which works with leading hospitality groups around the world. I help with relationship building, client retention and growth, and assist senior members of the team in client pitches and business development. I have successfully managed multiple projects and delivered high-quality results and insights to our clients. I also manage my family business, Kaghaz Company, as its CEO, overseeing the production and sales of corrugated paper products.I graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a first-class degree in Mechanical Engineering, where I gained valuable skills in design, analysis, and maintenance of industrial equipment. I also completed several internships and certifications in reverse engineering, pressure vessel and heat exchanger design, and mechatronics.
