§  Responsible for taking Remedial Initiatives in order to rehabilitate the non-performing loans pertaining to Corporate & Commercial Segment of the Bank. These initiatives include negotiations, restructuring, rescheduling and legal proceedings (of both civil & criminal nature depending upon the circumstances).§  For this purpose has been managing a team of 7 – 8 members and a clientage of North Region.§  Prior to this assignment, I served the Bank in various roles that include Branch Management, Trader In-charge, Credits In-charge etc.
