Overall responsible for the design of first of types and early-stage commercial products.-Identification and specification of the appropriate materials, components, and systems for waste water treatment unit.-Creation of 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and bill of materials of plastic or sheet metal tanks and enclosure.-Interface with the scientists to understand the system requirements and operational parameters.-Progressive value engineering and cost reduction throughout the product development process to optimize commercial viability.-Design for manufacturing, reliability, and maintainability.

Mechanical design support in implementation and integration of C4I-System in air, land and marine environment. My job responsibilities are:-To perform design, development and analysis tasks on complex mechanical hardware including, electro-mechanical hardware and complex electronic packaging in program team environment.- Program support over concept generation, material selection, design sensitivity/optimization studies, preliminary and final design, design documentation, and assembly/integration and testing.- Design, manufacture and installation of sheet metal brackets for C4i equipment in 90 vehicles including Toyota Landcruiser lC 70 series, M113, M577, Nimr Armored security vehicle, Mercedes Unimog and M60 tanks.

My responsibilities were:-Vehicle Concepts generation involving shape styling and meeting user-end requirements.-Detailed engineering design, produce and maintain technical documentation as required.-Supervision of Manufacturing of sub-systems of Superstructures.-Establish a training program for the Product Design Engineering Course.Received an export order of 4x4 APC (Interceptor 4x4) from Bahrain National Guard.

Worked in coordination with the international clients ( Putzmeister and Holder Gmbh) in the design and development of Truck Mounted Concrete Pumps. My responsibilities were:-Preparing concepts and preliminary designs of products in liaison with the internal Design team and Putzmeister Gmbh.-Testing and evaluation of the initial concepts for the cost-saving and improved performance.-Detailed Engineering Design and FEM analysis of the product.-Produce and maintain technical documentation as required, including engineering drawings (machining and Welding), costing calculations, and technical specifications as required.-Coordination with suppliers and vendors for the submission of technical and commercial quotations.-Worked in an ERP (SAP and Work Manager) environment.Established good terms with clients with increment in annual business volume and team efficiency byimplementing standard project management practices.
