Portfolio Management, Tail Management, Customer Retention• Assist first time customer in opening bank account and to provide knowledge about other Islamic products.• To achieve the deposit target from new and existing customers.• Deepening in existing low deposit accounts• To process account opening ,editing and amendments as per SOPs and CAO policy• To visit existing own portfolio ‘s customer (minimum 20 per month)• Maintain sales call and pipe line report file on daily and weekly basis• Ensure no service/sale related complaint is received.• To promote the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to the customer base of the branch.
