Banking Industry Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis - Recommendations for HBL

I was allotted the 'Banking Supervision Department - 3' to have experiential learning and the Joint Director, 'Naveed Ahmed' was assigned as my direct supervisor. Under his guidance, I wrote a report on "The Unfolding of Banking Crises 2023 - How vulnerable are Pakistan's Banks to such crises and how effective our resolution mechanism is to deal with such systematic risk." Then, the findings were presented in front of the internship batch, the HR Department, and various stakeholders.

Duties or responsibilities included but were not limited to attending classes regularly, marking class participation of students, making notes of the lectures, sharing them with the class, facilitating class activities & guest speaker sessions, teaching tutorials, conducting quizzes, checking assignments, quizzes, exams, conducting semester-end presentations, bridging the after-class communication gap between the students and the instructor and assisting the instructor in any possible manner.

Attended training sessions on professional development, eco-preneurship, building sustainable communities, as well as planning and executing community service projects. Worked on digital advocacy campaigns, community mobilization, and implementing practical solutions to build a sustainable future. Fieldwork included but was not limited to cleaning litter,particularly plastic waste from streets.Lastly, prepared a report on the successful completion of the assigned project.
