Mep Project Manager
CurrentEnsuring key elements to the contract, relating to mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing installationprojects are in place. These duties include:1. Financial documentation.2. Contract program.3. Regular client progress reports and any relevant quality documentation as detailed within the company guidelines.4. Monitor and track project progress and ensure the contract has the required resource and materials available to meet with the client requirements and successful close out.5. Ensure at all times smooth financial transactions are conducted to provide profitable trading to the business. Assisting in undertaking pre purchase technical due diligence inspections and reports on a range of commercial properties.6. Communicates ongoing work schedules and project progress with on-site team and upper management when requested.7. Liaise with the local authorities and municipalities have jurisdiction over the project to ensure full compliance with their guidelines and requirements.8. Attend Site Progress Meetings and MEP Coordination Meetings to discuss and resolve any design or construction issues with Consultant and /or Client's Representative.9. Develop and update a complete tracking log pertaining to all MEP relevant documents/correspondences.10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
