The Portfolio Coordinator will provide Portfolio, Program and Project coordination to the Head of Portfolio Management, the Program and Project Managers and Change and Communication Managers. This position will play a role in the communications and delivery of project, program and portfolio governance, reporting and associated processes. The role undertakes coordination and general administration across the portfolio reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management.The role has key activities associated with reporting, monitoring, governance secretariat and advisory. The role supports project managers, program managers and the Head of Portfolio Management to ensure quality outcomes.

Duties include: • Provision of administration support in the Finance (financial management, project accounting and procurement), HR, IT and University operations to the ICT Project Management Office• Maintaining efficient project administration procedures and processes; and proactively identifying process improvement opportunities • Provision of advice and support to Project Managers on procedures and project management and monitoring tools, including MS Project• Co-ordination and quality assurance of project information for ICT Program and Portfolio reporting• Generate original ideas and innovative solutions through the provision of specialist know how and advice as appropriate.• Ensure appropriate records are managed, monitored and maintained and reporting requirements met.• Undertake other duties as directed by the Senior PMO Administrator.
