Independent Intelligence Agent contracted widely throughout the very broad intelligence community. Often my assignments and/or contracts are classified intelligence for various government agencies and private corporations in the field of intelligence, investigation, and national security. I am currently in Law School at Stetson University as a prerequisite needed to fulfill a future offer within the government.Criminal Profiling Job Profile and DescriptionA criminal profiler is responsible for evaluating the nature of crime and method used to commit the crime. After attending a session with criminal, a criminal profiler is responsible to put together all data and then reports are given as a psychological profile which is further used to identify the crime. Basically, criminal profilers are helpful in solving criminal cases.Duties and ResponsibilitiesA criminal profiler has to prepare a criminal personality profiling or offender profiling by determining all the factors which are important to study the case.His duty involves arrangement of witness with various proofs to solve the case.He has to review the evidences available including photographs, crime scenes and notes prepared by investigators.He has to work on theory to justify the psychological level of criminal with correlation of weapons and methods used to commit crime.He needs to investigate the causes of crime by assuming the reconstruction of crime through the point of view of criminal and victim as well.He is required to prepare reports on suspects found in the crime, present metal/ physical situation of criminal.

General Responsibilities: As Chairman of the Board, the primary duty is to fulfill the offices governance responsibilities including:*compliance with applicable laws and bylaws *conduct board business effectively and efficiently *executes accountability of the board and their performance.As Chairman, I presides over meetings, proposes policies and practices, sits on various committees, monitors the performance of Directors and Officers, submits various reports to the board, to funders, and to other "stakeholders"; proposes the creation of committees; appoints members to such committees; and performs other duties as the need arises and/or as defined in the bylaws. Board Committees The President serves as an ex-officio member of board committees specified in the bylaws. In this capacity, the President's role isto serve as a voting member of the committee (if specified in the bylaws);to negotiate reporting schedules;to identify problems and assist the committee chairperson to resolve them, and if necessary, to bring them to the attention of the Board of Directors. Board-Staff Relations The President is the primary liaison between the Board and the executive director. In this capacity, the President:meets periodically with the executive director;ensures that periodic performance reviews of the executive director are conducted;participates in the hiring and evaluation of the executive director.
