Talent Acquisition: Responsible for internal hiring HR Operations: Maintaining Employee Data base, Attrite List and new joiners’ details. Handling employee Induction and on boarding formalities and Exit Clearance. Produce and submit the payroll journal and the Headcount report to Finance Department on a monthly basis. Initiating under probation reviews and Annual Appraisal for employees. Efficient in assisting employees about internal portals. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management) Leaves and Attendance Management Handling the payroll Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management Exit-Interviews Full and Final Settlement

* Understanding the Clients' requirement.* Coordinating with team members for recruitment.* Scheduling interviews as per client requirements.* Directly interacting with clients for issues and for procurement of requirements.* Identifying the potential candidates through various job portal like Naukri, Monster, Times Job, LinkedIn, Just Dial, Baba Jobs etc.* To ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and meets client requirement.* Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine Interest, Communication, experience and skill level of the candidates.* Arrange interview schedule with client.* Negotiates salaries with candidates and close the position.* Maintain a regular co-ordination with the clients for further requirements.* Placing the Candidates for the Suitable Company related to Requirements.* To take care of interviews with proper screening.
