Looking after inventory control, proper preservation of materials, and maintaining good relationships with all users and customers.Accountability in Inventory Management:Responsible for managing the full range of inventory activities, including:Material receipts, issues, and maintaining stock levels.Monitoring timely unloading and loading of materials to avoid detention and demurrage charges.Inward, Storage, and Outward Movement Management:Manage the inward, storage, and outward movement of raw materials while controlling inventory levels in the stores.Store Operations Management:Overseeing overall store operations, including material management on a daily basis according to SOP.Best Practices in Inventory Management:Implement best practices like Just-In-Time (JIT) for efficient inventory management.MIS & Database Preparation:Timely preparation of Management Information System (MIS) and databases to reflect trends and developments in processes such as:Transport facilitationStock reportsConsumption reportsShortage/damage reportsRejectionsNMI and SMI reportsWarranty item reportsAgeing of RGP/NRGP reportsTaking prompt actions in cases of rejections, damages, and wrong supplies.Documentation & Stock Verification:Daily verification of documentation and stock, along with managing the Perpetual Inventory System. Maintaining stock through:ABC analysisVED analysisFIFO and LIFO methodsFollowing ABC and VED analysis rules during daily perpetual inventory, and FIFO and LIFO rules when issuing materials.GRN Preparation:Responsible for making GRN of STEAG Consumable & Capital items received from Vendors on a daily basis and checked and entered the details in System and sharing the details of the same with my colleagues.
