Developing coating procedures in compliance with relevant specifications and standards.3. Creating coating Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) with clearly defined intervention points at each stage.4. Conducting tests to verify the effectiveness of coating procedures.5. Qualifying spray painters and brush painters for their respective roles.6. Delivering toolbox talks to address safety and quality concerns.7. Witnessing pre-surface cleaning inspections.8. Monitoring the quality of compressed air used in coating processes.9. Tracking and assessing climatic conditions.10. Overseeing surface roughness and cleanliness processes.11. Conducting necessary tests such as surface roughness, cleanliness, and soluble salt/chloride tests.12. Observing paint mixing procedures.13. Monitoring the application of paint.14. Witnessing visual inspections and inspections for Dry Film Thickness (DFT).15. Performing or witnessing adhesion tests.16. Preparing comprehensive reports and coordinating client/customer inspections as required based on approved ITPs, while ensuring timely inspection notifications are sent.These duties collectively contribute to my role in maintaining exceptional quality control standards and facilitating successful project outcomes.
