Deputy General Manager
Current Developed and implemented, harmonized methodologies/tools/organization & schedule for geometry convergence for easiest vehicle to launch and produce. Confirm product and process technical solutions. Validation of Vehicle Build/Functional objective (gap and flushes) with design and process specification by DVA/RSS. Development of Datum, Tolerances, and measurement control/monitoring plan for BIW, Exterior and Interior part and assemblies. Dimensional risk assessments by evaluating design with referential (Standardized design strategy). For high-risk areas partner with engineering and manufacturing to define mitigation plan. Established effective root cause analysis methodologies (7D and 5Why) to address quality issues, significantly reducing production downtime and rework costs.o Succeed the project launch: 0 defect with 0 rework at SOP (Start of Production)o Harmonize Stellantis Geometry organization, methodology of convergenceo Define the Global monitoring plan Established Supplier compliance team in launch phase, who conducts regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and prompt resolution of non-conformances of BIW, Exterior and Interior components. Drove the resolution of vehicle geometry issues by Weekly/Daily convergence meeting with Design, Part conformity and Manufacturing team. Managed the vehicle integration and physical design validation of BIW, Interior and Exterior components. Responsible for approving the APQP / PPAP deliverables of Body, Interior, Exterior components Ensure the good level of communication, by reporting the progress of the project and publishing daily and weekly dashboards to senior management.
