Currently looking after 60+ DPD Microloans recovery for Odisha. Handling a Team of 3 Area Managers and 50 Executives.

Looking after all collection activities of CVs & PVs from 0 to N Bucket. Handling a team of 13 field Executives, 4 Collection Agencies, 2 Dedicated Call Center for smooth collection. Initiating legal actions against default customers by the help of legal team. Handling repossession & release activities of vehicles against defaulters. Managing 8 repo agency for smooth repossession of intentional defaulters.
