I have worked amicably with colleagues in other functional areas and with the key opinion leaders at the Center for Lignocellulose Structure and Formation, Center for Advanced Bioenergy and Bioproducts Innovation, partnering with 20 other institutions, as evidenced by 3 major collaborations. I have a strong understanding of the interdependencies of various contributing functions with expertise in plant tissue culture and molecular biology techniques such as callus induction, cloning, genetic transformation, Biolistic gene gun, and Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation and crop phenotyping, resulting in 3 travel grants.
