Taking care of proper alarm escalation from OMCR team (24*7 Hrs) to ground level which results in minimizing outages, maintain SLA Uptime for Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, and Aircel.Data analysis based on outages impacting network uptime & resolving these issues with proper follow-ups with Cluster mangers/Zonal heads/Op-ex manager. Time to time site visit to bear out issues in filed & to have smooth co-ordination.Taking care of Power alarm integration & infra related utilities like DG sets, Electrical Equipments (BB, Power plants, Air conditioners etc.) & getting Up Gradation of BB, PP & PIU for better performance of site.Achieved 99.99% Network uptime for Pune Cluster.

 Controlling Operation & Maintenance For Bharti Airtel Ltd. in Maharashtra & Goa telecom circle. Co-coordinating with NSN team, Indus Team, Deployment team and Vendor client as well to sort out the operational issues for controlling outages & improving network Quality of Airtel Sites by proper follow-up procedure.
