As a Production Planning Engineer,I am responsible for1.) Plan, Manage and Oversee all element of Project in our shop floor to complete the project within timeline.2.) Study all received work-Orders and do planning, scheduling according to dispatch Schedule.3.Study PD and BOM, share PD to machining department as per Operation Required.4.) Co Ordinate Project team to calculate material consumption required for the specific project to complete the project. Also Develop sample of every project as per clint requirement.5.) Handle Day to day production activities, I.e. Making daily Production reports and analysis Project status, Handle Manpower, and Report daily project status to Production Manager.6). Before preceding for mass production make prototype sample and handover to semi assembly department, and after QC approval go for next processes to avoid any type of defects after final of project.7). During production, check the Entry in ERP about all Production process for further planning to track the project’s completion as per the schedule.8). After completing of project, Do dispatches (Export and domestic) as per Schedule.9.) Generate PR of Machine tooling and material required for Production and co-ordinate the procurement department for floating the enquiries.
