Closely working with Product Development to identify product opportunities and build state of the art telecom, WIMAX, VSAT, VOIP networks to deliver services. Identifying the best solutions and operational process . Responsible the CAPEX/OPEX budget of the network and capacity planning. Assure the implementation of services in link with the commercial activities. Defines product and services delivery by the company.Responsible for planning, budgeting, rolling out and operation of 4G 802.16e (Wi-Max 4G) one of the largest Wi-Max/4G Network in Africa . This was successfully accomplished in time and under budget delivering a Network ready for mobility 4G evolution. Lead the formulation of organizational strategy and vision with regards to future path of the organisation in terms of technology and align it with international standards as well as with intermediate and long term future market trends. Mentoring and supporting the development of strong and enthusiastic delivery teams across the organization. The role entailed interaction with CXOs and other top management staff of premier corporate organizations in order to understand their existing Information & Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and thereafter design and propose a value based optimized solution, which could lead to substantial cost savings as well as operational efficiency and Disaster Recovery options.Leading and mentoring below teams: RF Planning and Optimization Team RAN & Transmission Team Network Core Team/ NOC Team Telecom Infrastructure Team OSS/BSS, Billing Team Technical Support Team (Enterprise Group and Retail Group) Teleport / Hub/VSAT Team Projects Team
