I am a quality and result driven recent graduate, with a Bachelor of Information Technology (Victoria University) in network and system computing. I am continually expanding my professional experience and leveraging my proven and well-regarded academic knowledge and skills pertaining to network administration, web development, database design and advanced technology. My strong motivation to continually improve my emerging strengths as an IT professional will always grow. I also have some experience in electronics engineering from my diploma of engineering degree.I have gained few of my skills from my internship which is Innovation (INOV), Business Situation Analysis (BUSA), System Design (DESN), Network Design (NTDS), Application Support (ASUP) and Sales Support (SSUP).Having 5+ years of experience in customer service industry and 2+years in management level, looking forward to building my career in IT industry. Beside my career, I am a music person. I love music and love playing guitar to relax and enjoy the time.
