As the Product Manager of the DiGence app, my role centers around evaluating digital transformation in organizations, both large companies and SMEs. Here are some of my key responsibilities and outcomes:• Oversee the DiGence app's development and management, ensuring alignment with user objectives.• Conduct market research to identify digital transformation trends.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap based on user feedback.• Gather and analyze user requirements, shaping app functionality and user experience.• Work closely with designers and developers to translate user needs into impactful app features.• Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to improve app usability and effectiveness.• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to measure app success and identify areas for improvement.• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance the app's value proposition.• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop effective strategies for promoting and driving user adoption of the DiGence app.• Stay updated on industry trends for the app's relevance and competitiveness.• Integrate AI features (DigCop, AutoComplete, Auto Forecasting) to enhance the product.• Implement intelligent insights and recommendations using AI technology.• Implement auto process mapper for client meetings.• Reduce assessment time from 32 to 15 days by implementing features for expedited evaluation.• Increase product performance to handle multiple entities simultaneously.• Prepare the Definition of Ready (DOR) and Definition of Done (DOD) for the product.• Design wireframes for UI/UX.• Write user stories to capture product requirements and user needs.• Contribute to solutions design for product development.• Perform AI prompt engineering to reference the correct sources and frame the answer appropriately.

• Main responsibilities: o Architectural Design of the company services o Ensure technical teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements o Provide software development guidelines o Create and supervise software development process o Assign lead developers to the projects o Recruit developers and assign them to projects o Train new developers o Create test projects and sample questions for new employees and determine their technical rank o Supervise the development of Company’s projects such as: Midas (Life Insurance), In4, CRM, Globic, PayMaster, DynaPort, UniText, Data warehouse and BI.

• Create development, test and deployment environment and their procedures• Develop new software development architecture (Ordinate) based on separation of three major layers (Database, Backend and Frontend) and create required tools, software and protocols for communicating between these layers• Create new software development process, based on Ordinate architecture• Design Insurance Information System based on SOA architecture with multiple modules such as:o Globic: Integrated Information Management System which manages the information in the company’s level, which needs to be unified such as People, Agents and Locations with SaaS capabilities.o PayMaster: Integrated Payment System which have Payment and Remittance modules. These software supports multiple type of payments and provide multiple online payment gateways for different services with SaaS capabilities.o UniText: Integrated Messaging Management System to centralize different kind of messaging which needs to be delivered to the vast type of users. o Voucher Service: Integrated Voucher Service to register vouchers which was provided by external applications, queue and schedule them to transfer to the GL application with SaaS capabilities.o DynaPort: Integrated Reporting Service is centralize designing and reporting for the external applications with SaaS capabilities.o Life Core Insurance (Midas): Member of the life core insurance software (Midas) team which include the following modules: Policy Issuance, Annex, Claim, Sales Network, Commission, Investment and Financial Operations. o In4 Core Insurance: Member of the In4 core insurance software team which includes the following modules: Insurance Products, Policy Issuance, Annex, Claim, Sales Network, Commission and Financial Operations. Currently Travel and Fire Insurance Products are developed in the software.

• UniXess: An Integrated Access Management System to centralize authentication, authorization and provide SSO functionality for all software and services. This application can handle authentication for users stored in Multiple LDAP and multiple Databases simultaneously and has its own user interface based on SOA architecture with SaaS capabilities. It also supports CAS protocol.• Software Design Tool (Ordinate): Created A software design tool based on Ordinate architecture which reduce the designing, Implementation and documentation time and increase accuracy and quality of the software. This tool could provide detailed interactive documentations for developers such as Wireframes, Web service prototypes, Database methods, Project Dependencies and etc.• Game Engine (PACAGE): Design and Implement a new game engine which supports Point and Click Adventure Games with a story line. The final games could run through a virtual machine which means multiple virtual machines could be developed to run in multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android and iOS.• BPMS: Member of Analysis, Design and Implementation team of BPMS engine which works with BPMN 2.0 standard and use different modelers such as Bonita, Camunda and Activitii. This engine is well integrated with external applications by its own library or through web-services based on SOA architecture with SaaS capabilities.

• Travel Insurance Issuing System (Travis): Analysis, Design and Development of travel insurance software which supports policy issuance, sales plans and sales network. This software is being used by 7,000+ agents with 30,000+ active users all around the country, 8,000+ policies being issued per day.• Saman Insurance Website: Analysis, Design and Development of Saman Insurance Website and portal with CMS modules like: Page, Menu, News, RSS, Documents, Gallery, Related Links, Products, Share Holders, Travel Insurance Online Sales, User Profile, Agents, Map Locations, Weblog and etc. To reduce the down time of the website which has more than 20,000+ visitors per day, this website should have been designed with high stability, of which was developed by designing a well-balanced caching system and mirroring in multiple levels of data accessibility.• Fire Insurance Issuing System (Calida): Analysis, Design and Development of fire core insurance software which supports policy issuance and sales network.

• Provided designing, programming and implementing Hospital Information System• Audiometry: Designed and Developed an Audiometry software and consulted the company to design the hardware for this purpose.• Information Kiosks: Wrote a software for touch screen kiosks, which are installed in hospitals.

• PERSiX: Participated in development of a platform for software development which provide a single language and concept for database, business and UI parts of an application. PERSiX has its own compiler, architecture, logic and language. Some parts of the project are patented in Iran.• Cube LMS: Member of the development team of Learning Management System which concentrates on freelance and institutional e-learning that supports customized courses and SCORM standard with modules like: educational departments, courses, online tests, financial operations with SaaS capabilities.• FingerPoint: Member of the development team of FingerPoint Content Generator which can create interactive software learning contents. This software could record the tutor interactions with software and simulate it for the learner on the learner’s computer. • Ahvaz Judiciary Criminal Records: Member of the development team of Ahvaz Judiciary Criminal Records which allows judges to see criminal files on computers, review them, send them to another judge for advice, electronically sign them and access to person criminal records through a user-friendly wizard-based application.
