In that time, I have held various positions with increasing responsibility having a proven track record managing difficult issues, projects and CMO's ensuring high levels of compliance. Experienced working with different types of products/dosage forms including sterile liquid, oral solid dose, MDI's and topicals. To successfully achieve my goals, I rely on my strengths which include strong negotiation skills, effective communication, problem solving and being able to develop good relationships. I began my career in the QC/Micro lab then spent a number of years in validation/qualification (equipment/facility/utilities), including process validation of various dosage forms. This experience helped build the foundation that allowed me to be a successful Quality professional.
